1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and nustagame ("nustagame," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the nustagame website located at nustagame.org and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any nustagame service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the nustagame Platform.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the nustagame Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law governing casino-style online gaming.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of nustagame, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the nustagame Platform or any affiliated gaming service.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by nustagame or any relevant regulatory authority.

3 Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of nustagame services, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one nustagame account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested. You are obligated to update this information promptly if it changes.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your nustagame login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. nustagame will never request your password through any communication channel.
• Unauthorized Access: You must notify nustagame immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of security. nustagame shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.
• Identity Verification: nustagame reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID such as a passport, driver's license, SSS ID, PhilSys ID, or UMID.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the nustagame Platform are subject to the following terms:

• Accepted Payment Methods: nustagame accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Visa, Mastercard, and other payment methods as may be made available from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.
• Currency: All transactions on the nustagame Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed as promptly as possible. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within minutes to a few hours. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and any applicable verification requirements.
• Withdrawal Conditions: nustagame reserves the right to require identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Players must have wagered their deposit amount at least once before a withdrawal request will be processed, unless otherwise specified.
• Funds Ownership: You may only deposit funds that belong to you and that have been obtained through lawful means. nustagame reserves the right to conduct anti-money laundering checks and to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities.
• Inactive Accounts: Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an administrative fee as specified in nustagame's account management policy. Players will be notified before any such fee is applied.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

nustagame offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to its players. The following general terms apply to all promotional offers:

• All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated in the individual promotion's terms and conditions. Players must satisfy these requirements before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment use only. Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through systematic play, the use of multiple accounts, or any other method deemed abusive by nustagame will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• nustagame reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable law.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• nustagame reserves the right to refuse, withhold, or reclaim any bonus if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the bonus was claimed in bad faith or in violation of these Terms.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the nustagame Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate authorities:

• Registering or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's games or systems.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or security systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing nustagame staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Creating or using more than one nustagame account.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on the nustagame Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and compilation of the Platform, is the property of nustagame or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines and international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of nustagame.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, nustagame, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical failures, connectivity issues, or Platform downtime.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service offered thereon.
• Errors or inaccuracies in game outcomes resulting from software malfunctions, provided that nustagame takes reasonable steps to rectify such errors promptly.

nustagame's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your nustagame account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9 Responsible Gaming

nustagame is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players. We recognize that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account dashboard. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session time reminders to receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted through the nustagame support team and take effect within 24 hours of confirmation.
• Reality Checks: The Platform provides periodic on-screen reminders of time spent and net gaming activity during active sessions.

10 Account Suspension and Termination

nustagame reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Instruction from a relevant regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.

Upon termination of an account for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

11 Amendments to These Terms

nustagame reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, nustagame will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the nustagame Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting nustagame support.

12 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to nustagame's internal dispute resolution process. Players may contact the nustagame support team to initiate a formal complaint. nustagame will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and endeavor to resolve them within 14 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
